WealthPlan

Visualize Your Financial Future as a Real Agent

WealthPlan is a customizable wealth modeling and goal-tracking tool built directly into the reZEN platform. It is designed to do something that most brokerage back-office systems have never attempted: show an agent not just what they have earned, but what they will earn if they execute their business plan consistently over the next five years. It translates production goals, transaction volume, gross commission income, and agent network growth into financial projections that account for Real's full wealth-building ecosystem: commission income, revenue share, stock purchase plan returns, capping stock awards, and Elite Agent awards.

Most agents think about their business in terms of this year's income. WealthPlan is designed to shift that frame to a five-year wealth trajectory. The tool is particularly valuable for agents who are considering joining Real and want to model the total financial picture, and for existing Real agents who want to set specific production targets and track their progress toward them across multiple income dimensions simultaneously.

Goal Setting and Production Modeling

The core function of WealthPlan is goal-setting. An agent enters their target Gross Sales Volume (GSV), unit count goals, and timeline, and WealthPlan calculates the financial trajectory that follows from those assumptions. The model factors in the current commission split and cap structure, the agent's post-cap transaction fee rate (standard or Elite Agent), and the revenue share income that flows from the agents in the agent's sponsored network. The output is a five-year projection of total income from all sources.

The model is adjustable in real time. If an agent increases their GSV target, the projected income updates immediately. If the agent changes their Stock Purchase Plan contribution percentage, the projected stock accumulation changes. If the agent sets a goal to attract five agents per year to Real, the projected revenue share income changes. The interactivity of the model allows agents to explore different scenarios and understand which variables have the most impact on their long-term wealth, a clarity that most agents never have because they have never had a tool that showed them.

Revenue Share Modeling

WealthPlan includes specific modeling for revenue share income, which is one of the most misunderstood and undervalued income streams available to Real agents. Revenue share is paid from Real's portion of commission revenue on deals closed by agents the agent has personally sponsored. The program is five-tier, meaning that revenue share flows not just from the agents the agent directly recruits, but from agents those recruits bring in, extending through additional tiers. An agent who builds a strong sponsoring network and sees that network produce 200 or more transactions per year across all tiers can generate revenue share income that is not trivially small relative to their direct commission income.

WealthPlan's revenue share modeling lets an agent set a goal for network growth, for example, adding five agents per year for three years, and see the projected revenue share income that flows from that network at various production assumptions. The model uses Real's standard revenue share tier structure and production averages to generate projections that are grounded in the actual program mechanics rather than hypothetical best-case scenarios.

Stock Purchase Plan and Stock Awards

WealthPlan models the wealth accumulation from Real's stock programs across multiple dimensions. The Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) allows agents to invest up to 5 percent of their commission income before capping into REAX stock purchases, with Real contributing a 25 percent bonus on those purchases. Post-cap, the bonus increases to 50 percent, meaning that a post-cap agent who invests $1,000 in stock through the SPP receives $500 in additional stock from Real at no additional cost.

The capping stock award, currently 250 REAX shares awarded to agents who reach their annual cap, with a three-year vesting period, is also modeled in WealthPlan, as is the Elite Agent stock award of $16,000 in stock for agents who reach $500,000 in GCI or 20 post-cap transactions. Over a five-year horizon with consistent production and stock price appreciation, the cumulative value of these awards can represent a meaningful addition to commission income. WealthPlan gives agents the tool to see that potential in quantified terms rather than conceptual ones.

Agent Network Growth Tracking

WealthPlan also functions as a tracking tool for the agent's sponsoring network. The Revenue Share Insights section, which integrates with WealthPlan's modeling capability, shows the agent's current network composition, the production activity of sponsored agents, and the actual revenue share income flowing from the network. Setting a goal in WealthPlan for network growth and then watching the network grow in Revenue Share Insights creates a feedback loop between aspiration and execution that most business planning tools fail to provide.

Why WealthPlan Matters for Chester County Agents

Chester County is a high-value real estate market where the median transaction price is approaching $500,000. An agent doing 20 transactions per year in Chester County is generating $200,000 to $300,000 in gross commission income. At that production level, the difference between a brokerage relationship that captures 25 percent of that income versus 15 percent is $20,000 to $30,000 per year. Over five years, with compounding stock awards and revenue share income, the difference between Real's model and a traditional brokerage model can be well into the six figures. WealthPlan makes that difference visible in specific dollar terms rather than abstract percentages. For agents evaluating their brokerage choice or for agents already at Real who want to optimize their business plan, that visibility is the difference between guessing and knowing.
