What Workvivo Is
Workvivo is, at its most basic level, a social network for Real agents, brokers, and staff and only for Real agents, brokers, and staff. There are no vacation photos, no political posts, no off-topic debates. Every interaction on Workvivo is professional, real-estate-focused, and community-building. Agents can post updates, ask questions, share market insights, recognize colleagues through shout-outs and kudos, create and respond to polls, start chat threads, and participate in group conversations organized into Spaces.
Spaces
Spaces are the organizational unit of Workvivo. They function exactly like Facebook Groups. Every Real agent is automatically connected to a State Space for their state, where they collaborate with other agents operating under the same state broker, receive regulatory updates and market-specific communications, and connect with agents working in the same geographic area. For Pennsylvania agents affiliated with Real of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania State Space is the primary channel for state-level broker communications, training announcements, and peer networking.
Beyond the State Space, Workvivo hosts dozens of additional Spaces organized around topics, specializations, and interest areas. Referral Central is one of the most actively used it is the dedicated Space where Real agents across the country post and receive referrals. An agent in Chester County who has a client relocating to Arizona can post in Referral Central and receive responses from vetted Arizona-based Real agents within hours. The referral network that Real's scale enables is a practical business asset that agents at smaller regional brokerages simply cannot access.
Training — 30-Plus Live Sessions Per Week
One of the most practically valuable aspects of Workvivo is the volume and quality of live training content it hosts. Real conducts more than 30 live training sessions every week, open to all agents in the company regardless of state or production level. These sessions cover every dimension of the real estate business: listing strategy, buyer representation, negotiation, marketing, social media, team building, revenue share network development, technology training, market analysis, luxury market navigation, and more. Sessions are led by Real agents who are active practitioners, not professional trainers who have not done a transaction in years.
In addition to structured training sessions, Real hosts more than 20 recurring masterminds per week via Zoom. A mastermind is an open, peer-led conversation where 10 to 100-plus agents gather to discuss a specific topic, ask questions, and share what is working in their market. The format is collaborative rather than instructional. Topics range from social media lead generation to team structuring to market-specific inventory strategies. Messaging and Networking
Workvivo includes a direct messaging feature that allows any agent to send a direct message to any other agent, broker, or Real staff member, including Real's CEO and senior leadership. This direct access to the entire organization, including leadership, is consistently cited by agents who joined Real from traditional brokerages as one of the most surprising and valued aspects of the culture. At a traditional brokerage, an agent might have a question about a complex transaction scenario that their local office cannot answer definitively. Accessing Workvivo
Workvivo is accessible directly from the reZEN app by clicking the Workvivo icon in the left-side navigation menu. Desktop users access it through the reZEN web interface with a single click. The Workvivo mobile app is available on both iOS and Android, and once installed, logging in from reZEN redirects automatically without requiring a separate login. For agents who want Workvivo notifications on their phone independent of reZEN, the standalone app provides that access. For agents who prefer to keep everything in one place, the reZEN integration provides that too.
