Meet the team
Stephen Schubert
I’m a co-owner of Real of Pennsylvania | Exton and of Lantern Estate Partners. I build and run this website, and I manage marketing for our office.
Much of what you read here, I wrote or built: The Chester County Review, the town, school district and 55+ community guides, and the calculators that help buyers, sellers, investors and agents run their own numbers. My job is to turn Chester County market information into something people can actually use, and to make the experience smoother from the first click to the closing table.
Through Lantern Estate Partners, I also help families who are handling a loved one’s estate, so the practical side of that transition is less of a burden.
What I do
Three hats, one goal: make Chester County real estate easier to navigate.
