Post-NAR Settlement Commission Changes

Since the NAR settlement took effect in August 2024, buyer's agent compensation is no longer published on the MLS. Sellers may still choose to offer a buyer's agent concession (which can make their listing more attractive to buyers who cannot afford to pay their own agent out of pocket), but this is now negotiated in the purchase agreement rather than published in the listing.
