I bring three decades of Chester County real estate experience to Real of Pennsylvania. My practice spans residential, land, investment, commercial, and rental properties, with particular focus on 55-plus communities, historic 18th-century homes, and downsizing transitions. Before joining Real, I served as Associate Broker and co-owner of RE/MAX Action Associates in Exton, one of the most productive real estate organizations in Chester County.

The work happens through clear communication and honest assessment. I tell clients what their property is worth based on the comparable evidence, not what they want to hear. I tell buyers when a property has problems worth walking away from. The result is a practice built on referrals — from clients who came back, and from clients who told their friends.

I hold a degree from Swarthmore College and have been recognized as a Premier Zillow Agent. I serve Chester County, Berks County, and Montgomery County, with particular expertise in Exton, West Chester, Pottstown, and the surrounding submarkets.
